Ovis 2020 Nero d'Avola (High Valley) Nero D'Avola is usually presented as a high-acid, high-tannin grape with red fruits and earth when grown in its native Italian roots. Grown in a warmer climate, it becomes robust, with concentrated red fruits, hoisin, dried herbs, and florals on the nose.
