The Journeyman Last Feather Rye is made in limited batches in new, 15 gallon charred oak white barrels. It is made in the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago. The barrels provide the ultimate flavor to this 90-proof rye whiskey. The mash is a combination of both rye and wheat.
