Buttonwood Grove Pet-Nat Riesling 750Ml

Short for Petillant Naturel, this fun and fruity sparkling wine was handcrafted from Riesling grapes harvested on our farm during the 2019 growing season. Lemon-lime and citrus blossom aromas lead to citrus and green apple on the palate, with a hint of yeast. The oldest known method of producing sparkling wine, the Methode Ancestrale used to create our Pet-Nat dates back to at least the 1500s.
