Straw green color with elegant yellow notes. Rich bouquet, a mix of fruits (pineapple, green apple and yellow apple) and white flowers, enriched with pleasant and delicate yeasty notes. Full and viscous with a pleasant acidity on the finish.

Pale, bright yellow. Delicate aromas of apple, nectarine, ginger, and lavender. Citrussy and stony in the mouth, showing good intensity and precision to the soft pomaceous orchard fruit and brown spice flavors. Finishes with early appeal and slightly simple if nicely persistent soft apple nuances. 100% Chardonnay; disgorged in 2016.
