WINEMAKER NOTES

Mind & Body Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted using traditional winemaking methods and French and American oak to achieve bright cherry aromas and a soft mouthfeel. Once the wine is crafted, a small portion of this wine goes through state-of-the-art spinning cone technology to remove alcohol while safeguarding the fragile wine aromas and flavors. The finished wine is a delicious, lower alcohol wine with 25% less calories and half the sugar of the original wine.
