Camparo Langhe Rosso 750Ml
Camparo Lange Rosso DOC is produced from Dolcetto, Nebbiolo and Barbera, which comes from Camparo's vineyards in Diano d'Alba and La Morra, where the soil in the various fields is a mixture of clay and lime, lime and silicon and marl. The vines have an average age of 20-40 years. The three different grape types are pressed and vinified separately. The traditional fermentation, where the must is pumped over the kvass daily, lasts for at least 15 and up to 30 days, depending on the type of grape. The wine is strained off and Dolcetto is poured into stainless steel tanks, while Barbera and Nebbiolo ripen for 12 months in French oak barrels. After ageing, the wine is mixed before being aged for another 12 months in stainless steel tanks. After bottling, the wine is bottled for six months before being released for sale.
