The Curator Red

A Rhône-inspired blend, the 2019 The Curator Red Blend is composed of 84% Shiraz, 14% Cinsault and 2% Mourvèdre. The wine opens with a dusty, red-berried, fruit compote expression with subtle components of smoked sausage and freshly minced black olive tapenade.
