This year's crop was grown at Purple Foot Vineyard. Marquette is an early ripening varietal. Utilizing carbonic maceration, this fruit was whole cluster fermented extracting gentle tannins and beautiful fruit. After fermentation, this wine was barrel aged for 12 months in French oak barrels - building depth and spice in the flavor profile. Enjoy with a hearty meal or by the bonfire.
