Our 2019 Rose' sat on the skins for less than three hours before being lightly pressed to retain its coral color. The juice was fermented slowly with traditional champagne yeast to retain brightness and acidity. The resulting wine was bottled soon after. Composition is 95% Pinot Noir and 5 % Merlot
