How We Do It!

It starts in the vineyard. We harvest our grapes earlier in the season to pick at lower BRIX (the amount of natural ‘sugar’ in grapes). This results in refreshing wines with lower alcohol, lower sugar and less carbs than traditional wine.

Tasting Notes:

Not too sweet and not like any other Rosé. This refreshing and delicate pink wine offers crisp, dry, and perfectly fresh hints of raspberries, wild strawberries, and grapefruit zest. Serve chilled and chill.

Pairs With:

Active beach days or relaxing on the porch. Enjoy with grilled chicken, fruit & cheese platters or veggies & hummus!
