The Alta Mora 2019 Etna Bianco opens to a bright appearance with shiny golden highlights. Made only in stainless steel, this pure expression of Carricante is brilliant and sharp in terms of aromas, with piercing tones of citrus, minty apple and crushed stone. I love the tonic energy and snappy acidity that this lovely drinking wine brings to the palate. It would make for an easy evening of shrimp tempura and steamed vegetables.
