We often say that Stainless Steel Chardonnay is the truest expression of a vineyard. Chardonnay is not inherently aromatic and it is easily manipulated in the cellar. Allowing the Chardonnay to ferment and age in stainless brings us closer to an understanding of terroir. Chardonnay without the presence of oak provides an apricot and peach flavor profile, complimented by minerality and refreshing acidity.
