This Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Loire Valley in France and is one of the principal grapes of the region. Grown in the upper parts of river Loire, known for its crisp and herbaceous Sauvignon Blancs, this wine has intense gooseberry and grapefruit flavors. The finish is dry, acidic and long. Its chalky minerality pairs wonderfully with fresh seafood, smoked salmon, sushi and sashimi, as well as steamed and fried dim sum
