Shoofly Shiraz 750Ml

Medium bright red color. On the nose, the Shiraz reveals aromas of bright sour cherry fruits and light Asian spices. The supple red fruits carry across to the clean, bright palate and give way to complex nutmeg, tamarind, earth and eucalypt notes. The long finish is lengthy and ends as bright and fresh as it begins.

A little reductive at first sniff, this wine eventually opens into a plush, ripe nose of cherry, chocolate, spice and sweet oak notes, along with an undertone of something green and leafy. The palate is fairly well balanced, the jammy fruit ensconced in muscular, grainy tannins.
