Winemaker Notes

Our winemakers sought out to create a Pinot Grigio that offers all of the big, beautiful flavors we’re known for, but with a lighter profile. Sourcing top quality fruit from premium California vineyards, we reduced the alcohol content to a lower 8% and used 100% non-malolactic fermentation to maintain crisp acidity, resulting in a sophisticated, stylish wine with full flavors, light body and a bright finish.
