The winemaker

The Moselle winemaker Nick Köwerich is a Riesling specialist, he does not produce anything else. Both on the famous steeply rising and on sweetly gentle Moselle sites, he produces typically delicate Moselle wines, which, he says, "tenderly touch the senses and are inimitable worldwide". To this end, he uses traditional knowledge as well as innovative insights.Insight No. 1 was Nick's first work with this philosophy and was a great success.
