"OAR and VINE is our brand new wine that captures the essence of the Finger Lakes in a bottle. How did we set out to accomplish this you ask??? Guided by two decades of experience growing grapes on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake, we grew and harvested small lots of 100% Estate Grown Riesling from all 8 vineyard blocks intentionally and strategically planted across the entirety of our farm and blended them together in a way that felt and tasted, well…just right.

OAR and VINE is the paradigm of Riesling in the Finger Lakes. A textbook example that can stand up to the harshest critics and also be enjoyed by those drinking Riesling for the first time. Although an academic discussion is certainly welcomed, it’s by no means necessary, and not the intention of this wine. All lots were destemmed, but not crushed, and fermented in stainless steel producing a wine with bright acidity, fresh stone fruit, minerality and is deliciously drinkable."
